The BIG Symposium will celebrate Earth Week 2022 by focusing on 4 major themes: Bioinspired advanced materials, Synthetic living systems, Harnessing the power of biodiversity, and Systems approach to bioremediation and energy harvesting. The symposium will be attended by researchers in NYC’s tri-state area including from CUNY, Columbia University, NYU, and industry partners working with bioinspired green technology to develop breakthroughs that hold promise for the environment, human health and technology.
