IDEALS invited to submit a Phase II CREST Center proposal to NSF

The NSF CREST Center IDEALS has been invited to submit a Phase II full proposal for an additional five years of funding. The full proposal is due on December 4, 2020. In order to be invited, our team submitted a preliminary proposal for the Phase-II competition on February 20, 2020, in response to Fiscal Year 2020 solicitation (NSF 18-509). Preliminary proposals were considered by a panel of 12 reviewers and by additional ad-hoc reviewers. All reviewers are experts in the research and/or educational aspects of the various STEM fields represented in each proposal.
