IDEALS High School student Teodora Dragic of Brooklyn Technical High School Advances to State-Wide NYSCEF Competition

IDEALS Summer intern Teodora Dragic presented her work at the New York City Science & Engineering Fair (NYCSEF). The NYC Science & Engineering Fair (NYCSEF) is the largest high school research competition in NYC and is sponsored through a partnership between the NYC Department of Education and CUNY.


Teodora's project, entitled "Analysis of Band-Gaps in Topological Insulator Materials through Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy" was selected to compete at the semi-final round of the fair.
